ASSIGNED – The order has been assigned to a carrier for pick up.

AT RISK – Orders not yet delivered but have the potential to be late of the delivery time if no action is taken by Delivery Express. These could be jobs that are impacted from items outside of our Delivery Express Logistics control, like traffic, a blocking accident, weather etc.

ATTRIBUTES– Identifies special features assigned to the order. IE.  HIPPA Certified or hand truck needed.

CANCELLED – The customer initiated cancellation of the order.

NOTIFICATIONS – For you and additional recipients that you want to receive information regarding this shipment. IE. When the shipment got picked up or delivered. Notifications can be provided via email, text or both.

PARCEL TYPE – Type of item to be picked up i.e. Box or Specimen Bag or Pallet.

RECEIVED – The order has been received in our system but has not yet been assigned to a carrier.

TEMPLATE – Similar to EZ Ship. These are templates you can create and use for your most frequently placed on demand orders.
