Direct – We’ll pick it up within 30 minutes and take it to the destination.
Rush – Delivery Express will get it there within 2 hours.
Priority – We make these deliveries within 4 hours.
Economy – Just call us by 1pm and your items will be delivered by 6pm.
Special Emergency Services
For life threatening situations, time is of the essence! We offer an emergency service level to many of our hospital clients. When an order is placed on the emergency service level, we jump into action, which means “all hands on deck!” We immediately send out an email to everyone on our staff that we are now dealing with an emergency; that someone’s life is on the line. The order is put directly at the top of our dispatcher’s list and our entire team pulls together to make sure this delivery is managed with the utmost importance from the moment it’s picked up and delivered, to the best of our ability, as fast as it can.
Equipped to Handle Your Needs
We have the technological capabilities for all of your safety and security needs. We track not only unique specimen information, but also specimen type and the required temperature for transportation. That includes frozen specimens that need dry ice. We’re equipped to handle complex specimens.
